Capabilities

We provide mechanical services (with a specialty in pre-insulated underground piping), process piping services, miscellaneous steel welding and erection.

a. Our primary areas of service are:
Elementary, middle, and high schools along with college campuses. Hospitals. Industrial plants including textile mills, food processing plants, chemical processing plants, rendering plants, plywood and other wood mills, and military establishments.

b. Our equipment:
Numerous welding machines for SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW.
1x Boom Truck,
2x Extendable all terrain forklifts
1x Dump Truck,
1x Caterpillar 920 Loader,
1x Caterpillar Backhoe,
1x Gehl Skid steer,
Several rolling compactors including one ride on,
4x Track Hoes (one 73,000 lbs., one 52,000 lbs, 0ne 45,000 lbs, and one 33,000 lbs.)
1x 12 foot 12 gauge mechanical shear, one
1x 50 ton Ironworker,
Several sheet metal fabrication equipment pieces including plasma cutters, breaks, rollers, and band saws. Pipe installation equipment including flame track cutters, fitting clamps, grasshoppers, and crickets .

c. Within the company, the current distribution of labor is:
Jon Francis handles administration including but not limited to office management, safety, human resources, and market research. He also supports the superintendents when necessary on their projects and does from time to time act as superintendent on field projects.

Joel Francis is primarily a pre-insulated underground piping superintendent with special experience on military installations.

Timothy Buie is head of all piping and welding services and is a Certified Welding Inspector, he therefore also acts as the Quality Control manager for these areas. He provides certification tests, procedures, and records for all welding and welders.

Mark Francis oversees all earthmoving work and acts as a superintendent on any project anywhere.

Our company has skilled equipment operators, welders, foremen, pipe mechanics, sheet metal mechanics, and fabricators.
